Shelf Life: Products are safe for consumption until the Best Before/Expiry date indicated.
Unused Condition: Items eligible for refund must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return Process:

Return non-perishable products within seven (7) days and perishable products within two (2) days of purchase.
Ensure at least 75% of the product's weight or volume is returned.
