Cancellation by the Customer:
You can cancel your order before it's processed or shipped from our warehouse. Simply contact our customer support for assistance, and any amount paid will be refunded. Unfortunately, orders already processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

While we strive for successful order fulfillment, there are situations where we may need to cancel orders, including limitations on available quantities, inaccurate addresses, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, we'll contact you within 2 business days to discuss exchange, refund, or cancellation options based on your preference.
